CHILDREN AND YOUNG PEOPLE We affirm the importance and value of children and young people within the life of the church. This includes our responsibility to provide appropriate teaching and worship, and to welcome children for baptism and confirmation. There is usually a service each week at one of our churches that is particularly suitable for people of all ages: 1^st Sunday of the Month: Worship For All, St Mary’s 11 am 2^nd Sunday: Young Church Builders /Morning Prayer, St Paul’s 9.30 am 4^th Sunday: Worship For All, St Paul’s 9.30 am St Mary’s has a children’s area in the church with books and toys. The Parochial Church Council regularly reviews all aspects of our work with children.
